The Memoirs of M.C. Bonnar

Out of stock

Born in Jamestown (South Australia) in 1888, Malcolm (Mick) Cornelius Bonnar’s greatest claim to fame was his stature – officially the smallest commissioned officer in the 1st AIF at 5ft, 2in tall. But height counted for little when serving his country as was shown with his receipt of both the Military Medal and Military Cross for exploits during World War I.

These memoirs were published in 1971 in Adelaide and is personally inscribed by the author.
