These two volumes constitute the facsimile (reprint of the 1777 original) published by the Libraries Board of South Australia in 1970 (Australiana Facsimile Editions No. 191). Containing numerous full-page, double-page and fold-out plates, this is a beautiful production of the official report on Cook’s Second Voyage.
This particular copy has an unfortunate stain on the spine of Vol 1 which detracts from the overall appearance but will save you $100 (we have another set for $550).
